Rhiannon Albert

Rhiannon Albert is an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 20 years experience serving multiple industries to include healthcare, construction, architecture & engineering, global manufacturing, to name a few. Rhiannon is passionate about partnering with leadership to achieve the desired results, while driving culture throughout the organization. She is focused on performance management, setting clear expectations and coaching everyone to perform their best. My Trusted HR, LLC allows her to partner with clients to deliver trusted HR advice & solutions.

Rhiannon is certified with both the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She’s enjoyed serving her profession by co-chairing Programs for the Human Resources of the Treasure Valley (HRATV) Board for 3 years.

Rhiannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho, where she served as VP of Administration for SHRM. Years later she was asked to serve on the University of Idaho’s Department of Business Advisory Board, where she served for 7 years, affecting curriculum.
