Rhiannon Albert, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 22 years experience serving multiple industries to include Healthcare, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, to name a few. Rhiannon is passionate about partnering with leadership to mitigate risk and drive culture. She enjoys partnering with her clients in performance management, setting clear expectations and coaching everyone to perform their best. My Trusted HR, LLC allows Rhiannon the opportunity to partner with multiple clients, delivering trusted HR advice & solutions to each.
Rhiannon is certified as a Professional in HR with both the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She’s committed to the HR profession and offers her time & knowledge by speaking to professionals and to students about the HR profession. Rhiannon served 3 years on the Board of the Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley (HRATV) and enjoys remaining an active member.
Rhiannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho, where she served as VP of Administration for SHRM. Years later she was asked to serve on the University of Idaho’s Department of Business Advisory Board, where she served for 7 years, affecting curriculum. She now serves Vistage as a member of their Trusted Advisor Group.
